amazing work!!

Wally Rutecki is hands down the best!!! Wally was recommended to us by our real estate agent. From the first conversation he was straight forward, honest and always available to answer all our questions. He is extremely knowalageble and hands down the best at his job. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone purchasing a new home.

Walked me through the process, explained everything very well. Able to process the loan smoothly, helped with negotiating so I was still able to buy the home after it was appraised low and still remain comfortably financially viable. Very responsive with communication and when I had questions.

Envoy mortgage is a good place to get a loan!

Kassi was always available to answer any questions My wife and I had. She worked closely with our real estate agent so that pre-approval, offers, etc happened smoothly. It was great having our financing and our agent always on the same page, ready to help us with everything.
