Answered all my questions along the way. Quick to respond. Available by phone or email. If I had to leave a message for someone to call me back, they did. I did have an issue with fees being charged by my current mortgage company due to multiple requests for documentation, but this was resolved. Sarah handled my initial closing in 2010 and I had an great experience then. Only made sense to use this company again. I have referred several people to Sarah over the years.
