Thank you for the help... it was exciting to hear when we got the final approval to close :)

My overall experience was very positive. All home purchase transactions are bound to have a few bumps in the road but Steve saw to it any issues were resolved quickly and made sure we had a smooth and effortless closing.

Its not often you encounter someone like Andy Bealla. From day one he treated us like we had known each other for years, as if we were family almost. His expertise and advice were second to none and I knew I could count on him for having our best interests at heart in every situation or decision. He made the process easy. I have not only recommended Andy to others but insisted that they give him a call when the time comes so they can see what I mean.
