Linda is amazing at what she does. She is very knowledge and always responds in a timely manner. She is so patient and kind at explaining everything on the papers she sends over to make sure I always know what I am paying for. I've used her more than once for a few houses I have purchased and her numbers are always correct.

Without Tom I don't think we would have been able to get into the home we did. Our situation was complex and he made it work, explaining everything along the way.
