Overall we were very pleased with the entire team and process. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that there was a delay on the seller?s end which resulted in us not receiving the final closing costs and documents until the morning of our closing. This was by no fault of Envoy?s, however, we felt the communication could have been a little clearer on something like this. We basically didn?t hear anything until I reached out to them. A simple update would?ve sufficed. Thanks!
