Trent was extremely helpful from the moment we first started talking with him! This was mine and my husband?s first time buying a house and he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had (and there were many). He even was kind enough to talk to us on the weekend. Thank you Trent for your help!!

Was recommended to Vin through a good friend who has used him in the past. From the first call with Vin he was very helpful and explained the process for everything. Sent follow up emails and did everything proactively to keep from running into any delays. Even on the day of the closing he checked in several times to make sure there was anything i needed or had problems with. Overall amazing service from Vin and his whole team at the office. Will definitely use again, recommended to two friends.

We did not have great scores going into the loan process, our hopes were not high, but we were easily approved. The only thing that could have been better was communication....sometimes I felt a little lost, but I might be a control freak!.
