Dan was unbelievably helpful with my refinance. He told me exactly what I needed to provide regarding paperwork and documentation, and as soon as I could provide it, he was ready for the next step. At no point did I feel I was waiting for him. I spoke with friends and coworkers and they had told me how long they had to wait for their refinance, and Dan was able to accomplish mine in a fraction of the time. I will absolutely refer anyone I know who is looking for a mortgage to use Dan Marrs.
