Things went smoothly in the end. I wish the appraisal was handled better. We did not get it back until the last possible day. It took almost 4 weeks. This made it very difficult to move forward on selling my own home as I didn?t know if my purchase would proceed. Otherwise everything was fine

Good communication

The timeliness of response when I had a question or needed to confirm anything, nearly instant answer, if he didn't have the answer instantly, he established a clear plan and path to when he would follow up with me. Can tell there is a genuine passion and joy of doing this work and really wanting to help people get their dream homes! I would suggest anyone going through this process to reach out to Matt.

Jamie worked really hard to juggle our mortgage request and make sure everything was smooth to close throughout. I felt comfortable reaching out to him pretty much at any time to get feedback on any issues that arose or questions I had.

My loan was done in a timely manner. The loan docs where easy to sign thanks to docusign. The communication was really good and made every step of the loan process where I was at.
