Was very straight forward and really helped to make sure I stayed on top of what was needed to be done.

I appreciate Phil getting on the phone with me with my old lender and ensuring that the appropriate documents were provided. Everyone on Phil's team was willing to help, and that made the normally time-consuming process go much more quickly than expected. I'm very happy with my experience with Phil and his team.

Robert and his team were so friendly, helpful and supportive throughout our home buying process. As someone new to Merced, I appreciated Robert?s knowledge and guidance about the community. The team was extremely communicative and updated us by phone and email a couple times each week to keep us posted.
