Even though I am personally bad about forgetting to do things, Rob always made sure that things were getting done in a timely matter.

The process was difficult because of several unexpected hurdles. Sean and his team worked very hard to resolve all issues in a timely manner and Sean communicated effectively by consistently setting expectations and coordinating communication between all parties involved. Sean does what he says he will do and in an unbelievably timely manner. He goes way above and beyond what is expected from a loan manager. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job than what Sean did for us.

Envoy worked quickly through the process & we were able to get our home within two months.

When issues with our previous underwriter arose Russell and his team worked endlessly to get us to closing by the deadline. They gave us all the information we needed to keep moving forward and in the end were vital in making our dreams come true with the purchase of our dream home.
