I really appreciated how Bill explained parts of the process thoroughly and how he kept me in the loop on the status of the purchase through out the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had for him in regard to the mortgage.

Tom has a calm and an ease about him. Paired with his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, he really creates an optimal borrowing experience. He?s always happy to answer all my questions and explain in the level of detail that I would request of him with patience and diligence.
His staff were on top of everything, checking in with me and explaing the process as we progressed.
