I could not be more impressed with my experience! Vivian was very prompt and thorough in having everything completed, and in a timely manner. Her instructions were always easy to follow and if we had questions, she was very quick to respond. My realtor expressed on several occasions, how great it was to work with Vivian. She was so impressed, she said that she is going to start recommending her clients to Envoy.

Rob and his assistants were fantastic from start to finish! Everyone made sure to keep me well informed on what was happening and made sure I understood the process. Everyone I came in contact with was quick to respond, friendly, and professional. When we hit a couple bumps, Rob did everything he could to get them resolved as quickly as possible. You can tell he definitely cares about his clients because he is more concerned with getting you what you need than making a sale.

William did professional in every way. Quick response to all involved procedures'. Very happy with having the opportunity to have William working with me from the beginning thru the closing of my mortgage.
