As a first time buyer, I was somewhat intimated by the process. Kris explained everything to me, top to bottom. I was a little bit nervous on closing day, just not enough to really have a worry. Thanks Kris for all the help from the mortgage process, to the referral process for mortgage insurance, to closing day.

MIchael was very easy to work with. Everything was done on-line, but he was attentive and answered questions right away. He kept us updated on the progress all the way through. My wife was disappointed that we never met in person!

Philip was able to collect all of my information and get me a pre approval within hours. He was always available to call text or email when I needed his assistance. We explored different loan options and i was able to choose the best loan for me and close in a little over a month. He worked even during non traditional business hours to provide exceptional and swift service.

Jim Adams went over and above for me in putting together the best mortgage possible. He responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. I am a first time home buyer and he patiently answered all my questions and educated me, which was greatly appreciated. I have already made referrals for him with coworkers looking to buy a home. I love how quick and easy the home buying process was with Ann at Envoy Mortgage. I also appreciate the fact that I was given updates every step of the way. If I ever had a question, Ann and her team were very thorough and prompt with explaining everything to me. The main thing that I respect about Ann and her team-is that they fought hard for me at times to ensure that I was able to become a first time home buyer through USDA, which means the most to me!
