Kristie does a great job explaining the process and making sure everything goes smoothly!

Sarah was great to work with as was the case when we worked with her during a previous refinance. My only disappointment in the process was the need for an expensive appraisal. In this market a drive by would have certainly been sufficient with many recent comps available. Plus, the appraisal company was slow in their response and complicated the process.

After having multiple terrible experiences with other companies, Virna and the whole team went above and beyond to support us and make sure we knew every single thing that was happening throughout the process and we?re so patient with us if we had any questions now I couldn?t recommend them enough!!! Friendly, gave me great advice. This is my second time working with Vincent and always a pleasure working with him. As far as service he always answered my questions regardless of what they were. Harriett was really great to work with on this purchase. She communicated what was happening on a regular basis. We ran into a snag in the process which had nothing to do with Harriett, Envoy, or my realtor so Harriett made very last minute changes (at my request) to the type of loan we were working towards. She made the changes and then got me to close very quickly! She made me feel like I was her only client! My brother recommended Harriett and now I will highly recommend her as well!

A lot of people always try to do business with the bigger banks in the Country and think they will get better rates. That is just not the case shop small local business's they are personable faster and more reliable. Envoy Mortgage and Scott Fromme went above and beyond to make sure the financial part of the home buying process was smooth and easy even though we bought remotely. Most importantly they met our timeline which is something the bigger banks just cant seem to do, call Scott today!
