Kathy was great to work with. I had difficulties finding a lender that would approve me without a two year work history. I am 1099 self employed for the past 11 years, however I had one client who w-2?d me and only worked for them 1.5 years. Same type of on call service as my 1099 work. Kathy kept at it requesting information and finally got everything to her she needed. She worked with me through everything. Kathy almost always picked up the phone. If not she called me back almost immediately.

My grade for the experience was great! Because I believe there were so many moving parts Rudy, was able to stay on top of the entire process.

Even with all the credit issues that arose he made it happen and kept me in the loop. Great Service

Courtney was always a phone call away and would pick up 95% of the time to answer any question I had being that this was my first home purchase I had a ton of questions. Beyond that I felt like she was on my side and was going to do the best she could for my rate and my loan, so much so I sent her another customer. If and when I buy another house if it?s in Dothan she?s the one I will use.
