The home buying process can be overwhelming. John gave us small task everyday so it wasn't so much. He was always available if you had a problem. And returned a phone call within an hour. John Willis was nice to me and my father and we couldn't have gotten through this without him and our agent Heather Grant. John treated us like family. You can train a person to do a job well, but you can't teach people skills. My family became his family and he was determined to do what was best for us.

Attention to detail, support and execution. They will match your pace, so if you are someone that has things in order, things will go quickly. The last thing is they treat you like family, that was the culminating factor for me as being a disabled veteran. My situation was unique and my health scares for me personally made me quite nervous, but they were there to quell those fears and have me look at my situation from a different point of view which strengthened my mindset for my future.
