I?m the beginning everything was great. As we moved through the underwriting process thing became a little bit of a mess. Communication wasn?t the best and we were constantly asked for thing we already sent and a few times after giving information about something there was no follow through until a few days before setttlement and then it was a mad rush to get things in.

She made the experience of buying a home effortless.
