Greg handled my refi while I was hiking the Appalachian Trail, requiring minimal effort on my part. His emails to me were clear, concise and the updates of how my refi was progressing was simply awesome! Greg picked up the phone quickly every time, no 3rd ring (I?m a retired Navy Chief ) We haven?t met in person but I felt greatly taken care of through it all! Strongly recommend Greg Hansen!

She seemed to be always available to respond to me, even at times I didn?t think a quick or immediate response was required. She did some research to make me feel comfortable with my scenario. Buying a home can be one of the most exciting and important decisions a person has to make in their life but can also be stressful. When I called Mark, from the time he picked up the phone, he made me feel comfortable and I felt his genuine smile come across.
