David Perez was Very informative, professional and quite amicable. Buying a house can be a very harrowing experience but David allayed ALL fears. He kept me well informed throughout the process and seemed to ?go to bat for me? , keeping my best interests as a priority! THIS individual applied integrity in his every move and action.

Ann was extremely helpful, very familiar with the VA loan process and the advantages and disadvantages in the different loan options, and took the headache out of home buying. I'm a first time buyer and had no idea what I was doing and she was very patient explaining all the details I needed to know and handling the rest. All I had to do was email her the required paperwork and sign. Love her and highly recommend!
