I appreciated Evelyn introducing the staff and allowing each person to do their part while she stayed in tune and present throughout the entire process. I am also thankful for Albert and his willingness to assist in quickly getting the right documents. Additionally, I enjoyed the hands on approach Evelyn took with calls, emails, and texts to ensure her client was well aware of where they were in the process. Evelyn and her team are wonderful!

Everything! Envoy let me know everything hat needed to be done as far as steps I can make to improve my credit and giving me financial advice. But the communication was spectacular if I had any questions I could email or call anytime and the response time was fantastic!
