Virna Brown?s services compared to our last 2 mortgage brokers were night and day.
We honestly believed buying a home at the peak of the busy season warranted the lack of service we received from our previous mortgage brokers. We found out while working with Virna this couldn't be further from the truth.
Virna is very knowledgeable and works in stages which helps simplify an already intimidating process. Being reliable, along with her extremely quick response time sets her apart from others.

Barb was so available for support throughout the process and took extra care to make sure that we understood all the bits and pieces along the way. When we didn't know who to call, she gave us recommendations. We COULD NOT have done this without her! Thank you!

Linda is an expert at what she does. She is to the point, simple, and detail at the same time. Working with her was so easy. Her and her team were helpful in many ways with getting things done and on time. She was always responsive via emails and phone calls, and would get back to you on weekends if you had a pressing question or concern. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone. My experience was Fantastic.

Jeff was readily available to us and quickly returned any calls from us. He explained whatever process we questioned and was forthright and truthful. He checked with us why our loan was pending and updateted us as to what was happening.
