With purchasing our first home, Mosa made it very easy to trust his guidance and advice. He answered promptly and almost immediately anytime we had a question or concern. Our only issue with the process was that the girl who typically helps Mosa with the process went on maternity leave whenever we started our process and the replacement, Susan, was very careless in her work. She called my fiance the wrong name multiple times, communicated incorrect information to our insurance agent, etc.
