You all made the process, quick, easy, and always available with any questions we might have had..
My only complaint was because my name came 2nd on the loan I was never referred to my name in any emails that came to me and my daughter I was known as the other recipient and this did not sit well with me and brought this complaint to Virna she was un aware of this and is in the process of correcting this issue, something so small as this , really is a big deal!

What made it great can be summed up in two words. Jim Butz. He is fantastic. So responsive and helped with everything. Never said ?not my job?. Always said ? let me help? no matter what issue came up and it was never an issue with Jim but you always felt you had a total partner in the process Wonderful experience with Jim.

Gary Hansen and crew made it as easy as they could to make the refinancing ordeal pleasant.
