The savings Steve helped create from this refinance has moved the family Disney trip to 2 years away Vs 5. Yes I locked in a great rate and the entire process was easy. A lot of the savings came from outside of the refi. Steve reviewed my homeowners insurance and helped lower it by $1,200 /year. I was also able to skip 2 mortgage payments and cash out 2k w/out raising my rate. When you add in the money received from over funded escrow this refinance was a major financial win for my family.
